Show: An internal recognition event for an International Pharmaceutical Company

Location: Bridgewaters – South Street Seaport, New York, NY

Initiative: Empire Force Events was determined to fulfill their client’s objective of bringing a Broadway caliber performance to their guests.  For entertainment, they reached out to Hot On Broadway to deliver an evening of Broadway blockbuster hits featuring the best talent in the business. The challenge, however, was that the event was in 14 days.  An entire production needed to be created, approved and executed ASAP!

Solution: We immediately proposed the Broadway cast and running order of the production for approval.  Working hand in hand we quickly communicated about all details and expectations everyone had for the event.  The show moved into full production mode and seven days later we were in rehearsal.

Results: It was a Hit! The cast performed a variety of globally popular songs between dinner courses engaging the enthusiastic audience. The performance opened with “On Broadway,” and the mood was set for the evening. Themes of global unity were supported by hit songs from The Lion King, Phantom, Rent, and others. The evening culminated in an arousing “Mamma Mia/Dancing Queen” medley, pumping the audience up for a night of dancing and interacting with the Broadway Stars.
